Pregnancy photography

Looking forward to what's coming.

Pregnancy photography for the time when so much is changing and yet you rarely take the time to consciously experience it.

This time deserves to be celebrated.

Between preparations, appointments and thinking about everything that's still to come, pregnancy is sometimes over surprisingly quickly.

So a shoot can be more than beautiful pictures. It can be a little pause. Time to notice your body, celebrate your bump and consciously capture where you are right now.

No pressure. No perfect poses. Just you.

You don't have to be good at anything in front of my camera.

I give you space, small prompts and time. We look at what feels good for you and let the pictures happen rather than forcing them.

Whether outdoors, at your home or at a place that suits you: what matters to me is that you recognise yourself in the pictures.

Frequently asked questions about pregnancy photography

When is the best time for pregnancy photos?

My recommendation is around the 32nd week of pregnancy. By then your bump is nicely round and you usually still have enough energy for a relaxed shoot.

Of course that's individual. We'll briefly talk beforehand about what feels right for you.

Where does the pregnancy shoot take place?

The shoot can take place outdoors, at your home or at another suitable location. Together we'll decide which place suits you and the pictures.

Do I need to know how to pose for pregnancy photos?

No. You don't have to be good at anything in front of my camera. I give you small prompts when you need them and otherwise leave room for natural movement and real moments.

Where do you offer pregnancy photography?

I photograph pregnancies in Düsseldorf and the surrounding area and in the Rhineland, including Neuss, Cologne, Wuppertal, Gevelsberg and the Ennepe-Ruhr district. For special shoots I travel further by arrangement.
