YOUR POSTPARTUM TIME
Now it's time for someone
to take care of you.
The first weeks with your baby are special. Beautiful, sometimes overwhelming, often full of new questions and challenges. Your body is healing, your everyday life is changing and you are getting to know each other as a family.
You don't have to manage everything on your own during this time. I support you in a practical and personal way: with postpartum care, warm food, a soothing postpartum massage, space to talk and photographic memories of this special first time.

Postpartum support can look very different.
Maybe you need practical help at home. Maybe you're lacking the energy to cook right now. Maybe you'd like to talk through your birth again in peace or consciously take time for your body.
And maybe at some point you'd simply like to have pictures of this first time before it's already over.
You don't need all of it. You can take exactly what does you good right now.
Frequently asked questions about the postpartum period
What does a postpartum carer do?
A postpartum carer supports you in practical ways after the birth. This can include help with the household, help caring for your baby or taking things off your plate. The aim is for you to be able to focus on your recovery and on arriving as a family.
When is a postpartum massage a good idea?
A postpartum massage can be a soothing way to arrive more consciously in your own body after birth and to take time for yourself. We look together at what feels pleasant and right for you.
Can I book individual offers only?
Yes. You don't have to book comprehensive postpartum support. You can choose exactly the support you need right now, for example a day of postpartum meals, a massage, a debrief or photographic support.
When should I organise support for my postpartum period?
Ideally you think about it during pregnancy. Especially for postpartum care or photography, an early enquiry can make sense. But even when your baby is already here, you can get in touch at any time and we'll see what's possible.
Where do you offer postpartum support?
I support families in Düsseldorf and the surrounding area, in the Rhineland and in the Ennepe-Ruhr district. Depending on the offer and distance, we'll discuss personally what is possible where you live.
Let's see what you need.
In a no-obligation first conversation we'll find out together which support could do you good right now.
